To introduce men to Jesus Christ, develop godly character, establish a deeper relationship with Christ and other men, and equip men to serve as the Holy Spirit leads.

Evaluation - Facilitating corporate and private worship with God
Evangelism - Helping lost men find Christ
Establishment - Building men's personal relationship with Christ
Equipping - Empowering and encouraging men to use the gifts in the local church
Extension - Mobilizing men to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through word and deed
