Youth Ministry – Anointed Generation Youth Ministry (AGYM)

Youth Ministry – Anointed Generation Youth Ministry (AGYM)

The Anointed Generation Youth Ministry (AGYM) functions as an extended arm of God, the Bishop, the church and family to assist with spiritual training and development of our youth. We strongly believe the youth are our future, but it’s what we impart into them now that will make the difference. We strive to provide a loving, nurturing, teaching environment that encourages spiritual growth and maturity. I am often reminded of a statement from the book It Takes a Church to Raise a Village, “If you want to impress a man, you can give him a piece of your fish; If you want to impart into the man’s life you can teach him how to fish; If you want to empower him, teach him to take ownership of the pond.” That is the ultimate goal of the AGYM, total empowerment of our youth so that they may boldly take ownership over all that God has planned for them. We encourage parental participation and look forward to working with you to change a generation.

– “Live so that when your children think of fairness, caring and integrity, they think of you.”
